Using a psycho-social-biological framework, Human Givens Psychotherapy (HGP) will help you assess your current needs in the context of your unique past experiences and future expectations.

With this new information, alternative and additional ideas and skills are explored and comprehensively woven into your existing knowledge, resources and environmental contexts to enable you to find your feet again.

HGP uses Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for trauma reprocessing and PTSD and imaginal rehearsal for installing new skills, re-framing experiences of situations and viewing alternative solutions.
